Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
- Connect phone to external display
- Move dash to the bottom of the screen
- Tap on the search field
Expected outcome:
- Window doesn't move
Actual outcome:
- Window is moved up, as if the OSK were being displayed on the external
screen.
