Dialog design spec needs to be updated. The new shadow element we are
still waiting to be finalised to help solve the white on white issue. As
for the text, we need to update the design spec with the latest palette
values.

Bug description:
REQUIREMENTS: Have a sim provider that announces your balance via service
message (In the uk giffgaff on payg does this)
STEPS:
1. Flash the phone with the latest image
2. Send a message
3. Get an announcement
EXPECTED:
I expect the message to be easily readable in all lights and circumstances
ACTUAL:
It looks like cool grey text on light grey background this make it fairly
hard to read on a device.
