I can confirm. The same video in webbrowser-app with a desktop UA string
works (links are clickable), but not on mobile. So this might very well
be a UA string problem.

  Links inside the youtube videos are not clickable

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When watching a video on the webbrowser in UT from youtube:
  If the video has links inside it, it is not possible to click on them and 
follow the link.
  Those links are often boxes that pop up inside the video.
  For instance in the end of the following video:
  https://youtu.be/eAjMvpRMVDw?t=5m25s
