Fixed, apparently. On yakkety desktop, wallpapers in Unity8 are now the
same quality as in Unity 7.

Bug description:
Ubuntu wallpapers appear significantly lower quality under Unity8 than
Unity7.
Xenial comes with some really nice detailed wallpaper images. And you
can see your wallpaper on the lightdm login screen at full detail.
After logging in to Unity8 though it's blurred/smoothed and has more
visible JPEG artefacts too. Not as nice.
