@vanvugt that's what it's called in both unity7 and unity8 "keyboard
shortcuts". long pres the "super key"

  can't drag/move window if it's semi-maximized

  open random app, semi-miaximize left or rigt (CTRL SUPER + Left or
  Right), try to move the window by draggin' it from the title bar.
