Sometimes, when I start my desktop I get pixelated fonts in the menu and
title bar (See attached: Font-Bugs.png)
This behaviour also comes with Chrome not being able to use system title
and border bars.
If I do `sudo service lightdm restart` enough times things go back to normal.
