Bug description:
Should not kill Xapps and change to stage on desktop when unplugging
the mouse
i'm using unity8 on the desktop with a touchless screen. so i wanted
to replace the old mouse with an new one and when i unplugged the
mouse, unity8 changed to staged and then a dialogue appeared and it
killed all the Xapps opened
totally unexpected. expected to nothing.
