TextArea: placeholder doesn't get removed when text inserted via the
QQuickTextDocument

Bug description:
When setting the text of the TextArea via
QQuickTextDocument::textDocument::setPlainText() the placeHolder text
doesn't get removed and is visible underneath the text.
I've attached a screenshot and a simple example
