I just filed bug #1605103 from my E4.5 running the latest rc-proposed,
without an issue. While filing the bug report I added a picture which I
took on the fly with the camera app, and was then taken back to the bug
filing page where I was able to enter a description and submit the
report.
Are you running OTA-11, or rc-proposed?

I can't attach a photo to a bug report from bq4.5

Bug description:
Take an Aquaris 4.5 and try to report a bug on Launchpad. Write a
"Summary" and try to attach a photo from a Gallery or take a new one
with a camera. After phone sent a file we should go back to the bug
description window. What presently happens is going back to an empty
"Summary" field. Over and over again. This is a problem with a
browser, not Launchpad.
