Title:
  should support http authentication

Status in ubuntu-download-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
The download manager should support HTTP Basic and Digest authentication.
My use case: There are paid podcasts which can only be downloaded with
username and password that you get after you paid. Those two methods are used
as iTunes supports them. I would like to be able to support them in Catchpodder
as well.
