some failing tests leave python process around
Status in ubuntu-download-manager package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
failures in the tests that use HTTPServer leave the python process
hanging
to create failures try 'make check' with no 'make' before it, there
will be missing data and the tests will fail.
then ps -auxw | grep python will show some 'python -m SimpleHTTPServer
81xx'
