Title:
SingleDownload should expose a boolean “processing” attribute

Status in ubuntu-download-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Note: This is only affecting unconfined clients

  Reproduce:
Use UDM to download a large file and add a custom, long running command to it.

  What happens:
There's no way to know if the download is processing, unless you wait for the
“processing” signal.

  What should happen:
a “processing”, boolean attribute should indicate this, like the
“downloading” attribute.
