You have been subscribed to a public bug: Distribution Kubuntu 12.04.5 knetworkmanager 0.9.4.0
After years I gave Networkmanager again a chance and kicked it out again immediately. Why is it starting dnsmasq with --no-hosts? I found nothing to disable this misbeave. I can't see any reason for doing this. It sucks only when I can not add names to /etc/hosts. Crutches like a wrapper script filtering out --host are not a really acceptable solution. ** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- knetworkmanager is starting with --no-hosts https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1370170 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to network-manager in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages Post to : touch-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~touch-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
