installing sudo-ldap causes dpkg error removing sudo

sudo-ldap not installable
Status in sudo package in Ubuntu:
Binary package hint: sudo-ldap
There is a failsafe built in the sudo package that prevent sudo-ldap
(which Replace/Provide sudo) from being installed. See the output
transcript below .
Setting SUDO_FORCE_REMOVE=yes work just as expected.
