http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#isc-dhcp
is fine to land except for the release freeze, and once it does it will test
cleanly. In the meantime, I'll run with --all-proposed.

Title:
  initramfs-tools 0.125ubuntu4 (ip-config → dhclient) breaks multipath-
  tools tests

Status in initramfs-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/initramfs-tools/0.125ubuntu4
reliably breaks multipath-tools' autopkgtests on the infrastructure.
The instances don't reboot after test setup, thus cause a "tempfail",
  and are being retried infinitely.

This does not reproduce with QEMU locally, I'll run this manually on
the infra and collect some logs.
