When using high-speed 802.11ac wifi, status icon is not working
properly, most of the time I can't see wifi networks list after clicking
on the icon. I think it behaves like it was Ethernet.

At boot time I sometimes can see a "blank" wifi icon as if the signal
was very weak.

I am connected to a Ruckus R500 Access Point, speed on 5Ghz can reach
867 Mbps.
