You have been subscribed to a public bug:
currently, the shell is picking some random window size.
They are about to change it to be close to what is on the phone - as this will
match most apps.
however the Xapps should have something "larger"
shell is landing the ability to communicate to it, the desire default
first launch window size
it would also be good to have design input on this selection
