Public bug reported:
The first time I connect to a VPN (vpnc) everything works fine, but if I
disconnect and then reconnect I can no longer resolve DNS entries
although I can connect directly via IP address. The only solution seems
to be a reboot.
This was working fine in 16.04.
** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
