Public bug reported:

I'm on Ubuntu 16.10, when i log in unity 8, I haven't any problem to use the
mouse, but a bug appear whrn I go on settings/mouse and touchpad.
Expected: I should see some mouse related settings (I have a mouse connected
and works)
Happen instead: The output say that i should connect a mouse to see
informations about it, to be sure to have it turned on and bla bla bla...

I use an usb wirelees mouse.
