Some panel icons disappear after turning display off/on

Bug description:
When I boot into Ubuntu all panel icons are ok, but after turning the
screen off (closing lid) and on again some icons disappear and get
replaced with some generic "missing" icons.
This happens with Mega and Bitmask icons but the applications still
work. And if i quit one of those two apps the icon of another appears
again.
