Steps to reproduce:
1º Boot frieza and start wizard
2º On Wi-Fi connection screen select a network
3º When the keyboard shows up tap and hold the world icon to display text
options
4º Notice that settings option is available, tap on it
5º When it opens, cancel the wi-fi connection dialog and swipe from right edge
to show the spread
Current result: user can skip wizard config
Expected result: text entry settings shouldn't be available when wizard
is running
Add info: on krillin/rc this option isn't listed to avoid skipping the
wizard. It is probably reproducible on frieza 64
