I filed https://github.com/juju/juju-gui/issues/2231 to report the issue with jujucharms.com upstream. I don’t have credentials for trystack.org, so I’m unable to verify the issue. Would you mind reporting the issue upstream, similarly to what I did for jujucharms? In 95% of the cases, this turns out to be dumb UA string sniffing that disables functionality on the websites, instead of using proper APIs to detect browser capabilities.

Also navigating to a Juju-Dashboard has the same effect. Examples: Horizon Dashboard https://x86.trystack.org/dashboard/auth/login/?next=/dashboard/ Juju: https://demo.jujucharms.com Its a little bit funny, that a Canonical product does not work with other Canonical products.
