I filed https://github.com/juju/juju-gui/issues/2231 to report the issue with
jujucharms.com upstream.
I don’t have credentials for trystack.org, so I’m unable to verify the issue.
Would you mind reporting the issue upstream, similarly to what I did for
jujucharms?
In 95% of the cases, this turns out to be dumb UA string sniffing that disables
functionality on the websites, instead of using proper APIs to detect browser
capabilities.

Title:
Ubuntu Touch web browser does not display Openstack Dashboard

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu Touch 15.04 (OTA-13) armhf Build 20160913-023544
  2) Ubuntu Touch web Browser
  3) Navigating without problems on OpenStack Dashboard and Juju Dashboard
  4) Websites are displayed malformated

  Hi folks,

while trying to navigate to an OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon), the web
browser does not display the web site correctly.

Also navigating to a Juju-Dashboard has the same effect.

  Examples:
  Horizon Dashboard
  https://x86.trystack.org/dashboard/auth/login/?next=/dashboard/

  Juju:
  https://demo.jujucharms.com

Its a little bit funny, that a Canonical product does not work with other
Canonical products.

  Regards.
