Issue 1: Between Ubuntu deveice send/receive MMS.
Step:
1.DUT open message app and edit a MMS
2.Send the MMS to other ubuntu device
Actual result:
Can not send and receive MMS on both side.

Issue 2: Between ubuntu device and ios/android device send/receive MMS
Step:
1.Ubuntu device open message app and edit a MMS
2.Send the MMS to ios/android device
3.ios/android device edit a MMS and send it to ubuntu device
Actual result:
After step 2, the ubuntu device display "Failed!" on message page, but
ios/android device can receive MMS successful.
After step 3, send successfully on ios/android device. but the ubuntu device
can not receive the MMS.
