After the connected to external display screen is done we should
display a cheat sheet for actions on the touch screen

Bug description:
ISSUE:
There are loads of different actions in touchpad mode it would be nice to
list them after the connected to external display is gone for new users to get
used to the actions.
For example:
double click release on title bar full screens
double click hold on title bar to move window
two finger scrolls up and down and occasionally side to side
two finger tap is right click not 3 finger and so on
