I have been trying a few of the recommended changes, and so far, Force rasterization on all layers didn't work. It was less of an issue but not completely gone.
I have now moved on to the one you mentioned, using sna and dri 3.0. I thought these were default options though? Either way I forced it, and so far so good for now.
