Bug description:
An ABI break in series 0.26 arose from changes to:
include/platform/mir/graphics/display_configuration.h
include/platform/mir/graphics/graphic_buffer_allocator.h
However the applicable ABI(s) never changed from series 0.25:
MIR_SERVER_GRAPHICS_PLATFORM_ABI
MIRPLATFORM_ABI
