Wait a sec, I just noticed that you have the line "nameserver 127.0.0.1"
in your /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/head file. Remove that line, it
shouldn't be there.

  10-15 seconds delay until host is resolved

Status in resolvconf package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I have the problem that every new DNS query takes about 10 - 15
  seconds.

  This is the first time I used "ubuntu-bug resolvconf". Hopefully all
  information of my system are attached to this report.
