ubuntu 17.04 unity8
[unity8] launcher shows the tooltip at the wrong position if you play with the
launcher's size for a while
see attached screenshot, the mouse is hovering the calculator app and
the tooltip is Gallery, also if i right click on the calculator it opens
the calculator menu (calculator/unpin calculator) beside the gallery
app.
how to reproduce: have a lot of apps pinned to the launcher, open system
settings and play with the launcher size
