Bug description:
  Ubuntu 17.04 Unity8

  open random app (terminal app), snap it randomly on the screen (right
  buttom corner) by draging the app by the title bar (see screenshot1).
  now click on maximize window, the window almost leaves the screen
  (screenshot2).
