Some applications are reloaded after suspend to their home screen

Bug description:
When applications like telegram, facebook, gmail (and many others) ...
are for a some while in background and then suspended, after giving
them on foreground are a few seconds blurred and then reloaded to
their home screen. There is no way how to continue with unfinished
work.
