Close a running app and as quickly as possible open it again from the click
scope
the app will crash much of the time
This happens on all apps I tried (dialer, messages, contacts, camera)
This does not occur in OTA 8.5
First noticed on 12/17
I generally do not see a crash file although the first time I got one
for contacts and the spinner
