lock screen shown when on a phone call

Bug description:
latest build on galaxy nexus
If on a phone call and put the phone up to your ear, the screen correctly
goes black. When moving away from your ear the screen turns back on and should
display the phone-app. Instead the lock screen is incorrectly displayed. This
is a regression, used to work.
