Bug description:
to reproduce
------------------
Launch apps
navigate to apps scope
Tap and hold on a recent app thumbnail until the X icon appears
tap anywhere on the app thumbnail
current behaviour
------------------------
App thumbnail is dismissed and app is quit
desired behaviour
------------------------
If user taps X icon touch target on the app thumbnail dismiss the thumbnail
and quit the app
X icon touch target H, W = icon size + 1GU around the icon
If user taps on thumbnail anywhere but the X icon touch target -
nothing happens
