reboot tablet
launch notepad
go back to homescreen via launcher
right swipe through edge to bring back the sidestage > sidestage enters the
screen when finger is 3/4 of the screen on the X aspect

Desired behaviour:
On edge swipe sidestage drag handle appears under users finger
In the case a main-stage app is running the main stage should snap to
user finger 1st and sidestage should travel start to appear when users
finger crossed 10gu from edge. At this point the two stages travel
together until sidestage locks in place. The main stage will then
continue to travel with the user finger.
In case only Side stage is running the Side stage should travel with
user finger.
