You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Steps:
1. Open 5 apps
2. Goto the apps scope
3. Press and hold on an app to reveal the crosses
4. Close the last app
5. It closes and the icon is removed
6. Close the second app
7. If closes and the icon is removed
8. Close the first app
9. The new second app is now opened and the first is removed from the list of
apps in use.
Expectation:
I expect the behaviour to be consistent.
