You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Just run unity8 on your desktop, there's going to be overflow of scopes.
The list can be flicked, but none of the items can be clicked nor does
the highlight follow the list.
It'd be good to fix if it's an easy one, otherwise we should leave it be
as the dashBar is going away in favour of tabbed browsing in the Dash.
