I placed a new SIM on the phone and powered it on. A SMS was received
and I observed that unity8 and hud-service are sucking CPU like mad.
Looking closer, I observed indicator-messages-service is rapidly being
spawned and exiting. The envelope indicator on the top of the display
is flashing rapidly like crazy.
