According to
https://sites.google.com/a/canonical.com/unity8dash/toolkit/14-previews,
the title should be the title set in the header, rather than "[Scope
name] Preview"

Signed off design for RTM: Header on previews is same as header
elsewhere in scope - ie contains scope name or graphic.
