Build #88 all devices
To reproduce :
--------------------
In Dash Home or another lens
scroll up to the end of scrollable
swipe left to switch to app lens
scrollable will scroll down unprompted
Desired behaviour:
--------------------------
scrollable doesn't change position only header drops down
