Title: Click apps do not launch reliably or do not appear at the top Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Expired Bug description: On the latest build after rebooting with the power button and after doing adb reboot, installed click apps do not launch from the applications scope. The do not report any error message. Note that I have been able to install and run click apps subsequently.
