Title:
background images in lock screen are pushed down compared to the
  normal background

Status in The Sevilerow project:
  Fix Released
Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Saucy-Proposed-Customized: 09-26

In the lock screen the background image appears to have been pushed
down. We have a background that has text at the bottom. It is half
cut-off in the lock screen and not cut-off in the normal screen. (See
  screen caps)

My uneducated guess is that its not drawing under the notification
area while in the normal screen, it is.
