Title: Departments combobox can be scrolled when open Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Steps to reproduce: * Open some department combobox * scroll the view _outside_ of the deparments combobox. => The whole scope scrolls Expected: The department combobox collapses, just like when tapping outside of it. I think the collapsing should happen onPressed, instead of onClicked.
