[Launcher] Quicklist action can be activated even when menu is not
visible

Bug description:
What happens in this case is that when quicklist menu is shown and
then hidden the menu actions are still accessible even if the menu
item itself is not visible anymore.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open launcher
2) Long press an app icon that is pinned to launcher but not currently running
3) Release finger (quiclist menu should be open)
4) Click another app icon or an area in launcher or screen where there is no
app icon -> quicklist hides but launcher is left open
5) Click the area where "Remove from launcher" or "Unpin from launcher"
quicklist menu item was when menu was open
Expected outcome:
Menu items should not be accessible and launcher hides away if black overlay
clicked.
Actual outcome:
Item is removed from the launcher
