There is no pin entry entry in network indicator or in any of the
indicators.
pin entry worked through /usr/share/ofono/scripts enter_pin pin 1234
After that cellular network indicator bars are shown.
The network indicator menu only shows the available wifi networks, then
"Wifi settings...", "Cellular settings..."
