Title: Notifications are not displayed if snap decision visible Status in Ubuntu UX: Won't Fix Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Won't Fix Bug description: If a snap decision is being displayed and you receive a notification while it's still displayed, the notification is not shown. Would be desireable if the snap decision moved down in this case and allowed the notification to be displayed above it in a stack. I thought this was the design. The use case we need this for is USSD. The user first gets a snap decision and soon after a notification of an sms which is getting obscured.
