Title: new-scope's section header is missing the background in some circumstances Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: With new-scopes, in the Apps scope the section header lacks the background. This only becomes really visible when slowly scrolling the scope upwards to a position where the section header is locked to the screen's top. In that position, the background suddenly becomes visible.
