Title:
QT_LOAD_TESTABILITY=1 does not seems to work anymore

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I exported QT_LOAD_TESTABILITY=1 into the environment as well as
through 'initctl set-env' but apps that are starting inside the
session are not loading the testability driver. If I manually start
the app with -testability it works.

This functionality is required to work for us to able to run inter-app
  integration tests
