Public bug reported:

ubuntu 17.04 unity8

[unity8] minimize/unminimize animation is not pointing to the app in the
launcher

when you minimize/unminimize and app it just resizes and moves the
window to a fixed location. in unity8 the UX is much better/more
descriptive, it actually resizes the window towards the actuall app icon
in the launcher.

minimize/maximize apps in both u7/u8
