  ubuntu 17.04 unity8

  [unity8] if an app crashes or you kill it the launcher menu still
  shows instances that don't exist anymore and if you click on it
  crashes unity8

  first i notices with tupi (qt5 app), when you save the project tupi
  crashes but it leaves behind in the app launcher menu the current
  state even though the app is not running anymore. you don't need to
  test with tupi you can just test with a random app (terminix), open
  new windows and then "pkill -9 terminix". clicking on the old stuff in
  launcher menu (right click on terminix) click, crashes unity8
