Public bug reported:

Since version 2017a-1, tzdata will clean up /etc/localtime on purge.
But it leaves behind /etc/timezone, despite the fact that in some cases
it creates this file. I think tzdata should own removing it on purge
also.

** Affects: tzdata (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
